Refund & Cancellation

Because cocktails are prepared and allocated for a reserved time, cancellation eligibility depends on how early the request is received. Incorrect, damaged or missing products must be reported promptly with the order number and photographs where relevant.

Final policy to be approved by the customer: cancellation deadline, refund processing time, missed pickup, failed age verification, failed delivery, damaged goods and discretionary remedies.
